Dick's runs its pricing through a customer database rather than through public codes, and the company says so in its own annual report: roughly 30 million athletes belong to ScoreCard Rewards, and that group generates more than three quarters of all DICK'S Business sales. Roughly 8 million of them sit in the ScoreCard Gold tier, which by itself accounts for more than half of sales. Gold's stated benefit is early access to sale events and product launches.
