These terms cover your use of coupondroid.com. They are short on purpose: we publish coupons and deals, you read them, and anything you buy afterwards is between you and the store.
Who you are agreeing with
Coupondroid is published by the company identified in our registration details, which operates this site and its sister sites in other countries: OhMyLabs S.L. In these terms “we”, “us” and “Coupondroid” mean that company, and “you” means anyone using the site. Contact: [email protected].
Using the site means accepting these terms
Browsing coupondroid.com means you agree to this page and to our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site. You should be at least 13 to use Coupondroid, which is written for adults.
What Coupondroid is, and what it is not
We are an information service. We collect discount codes, promotions and offers from retailers and affiliate networks, check what we can, and publish them with links to the stores. We are not a retailer. We do not sell products, take payments, hold stock, arrange shipping, issue invoices or process returns. No account is required and nothing here costs money.
What you can do, and what you cannot
Use the site for your own personal, non-commercial shopping: read it, share links, use the codes. What you may not do:
- Scrape, crawl at volume, or use bots or scripts to harvest our coupon database.
- Copy our content — descriptions, coupon data, articles, store pages — to republish on another site or app.
- Resell, rent out or paywall access to codes we publish for free.
- Interfere with the site: attacks, unauthorized vulnerability probing, overloading the servers, or circumventing technical protections.
- Use the site to break the law, infringe someone's rights, or pass yourself off as Coupondroid.
We can restrict access if someone does any of the above.
Coupons and deals: what we say, and what we do not
We check codes before featuring them, re-check them regularly, and fix mistakes as soon as we find them. Even so, offers change without notice: retailers cap redemptions, end campaigns early, restrict codes to certain products or new customers. We cannot guarantee that a code will work in your cart, that a price is current, or that an item is in stock. Everything here is published in good faith and for information only, and the store's own terms govern the offer. If a code fails, tell us and we will re-test it.
Your purchase is with the store, not with us
When you click through to a retailer you leave Coupondroid and enter into a contract with that retailer, on its terms. The store, not us, is responsible for the product, the price charged, delivery, warranty, customer service, cancellations and refunds. Those questions belong there.
Two things worth knowing. There is no federal right to return an online purchase because you changed your mind: return windows are set by each retailer, so read the store's policy before you check out. Shipping is different. Under the FTC's Mail, Internet, or Telephone Order Merchandise Rule (16 CFR Part 435), a seller that cannot ship within the time it advertised, or within 30 days if it advertised none, must obtain your consent to the delay or refund you.
Affiliate links
Many of our links are affiliate links: we earn a commission if you buy through them, at no extra cost to you. We disclose this as the FTC Endorsement Guides (16 CFR Part 255) require. The full explanation is on how Coupondroid makes money.
Links to other websites
We link out constantly. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, prices, security or privacy practices.
Content, trademarks and copyright
The text, page structure and design of this site, and the Coupondroid name and logo, belong to the company identified in OhMyLabs S.L. and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Store names and logos belong to their owners; we use them to identify the retailers whose offers we publish. That use implies no partnership, sponsorship or endorsement unless we say so on the page.
If you own a copyright and believe something here infringes it, send a notice under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 512) to our designated agent, listed with our company details (OhMyLabs S.L.), copying [email protected]. As 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) requires, include your physical or electronic signature; identification of the work infringed; the URL of the material; your contact details; a statement of good-faith belief that the use is unauthorized; and a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you are the owner or authorized to act for them. We act on valid notices promptly and tell you what we did.
Newsletter
Our newsletter is opt-in and follows the CAN-SPAM Act (15 U.S.C. §§ 7701–7713). Every email says who sent it, is identifiable as promotional, carries a valid physical postal address, and includes an unsubscribe link that works. Unsubscribing takes one click, and we act on it within the 10 business days the statute allows at the latest.
The site is provided as is
We work to keep Coupondroid accurate and available, but we provide it “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or for savings you did not make, arising from your use of the site, a coupon that did not work, or a purchase at a store you reached through us. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited, and some states do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you.
Changes, applicable law and the rest
We may update these terms when the site or the law changes. The version on this page, with the date below, is the one in force; continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of the place where the operating company is established, and the competent courts are the ones stated in our company details (OhMyLabs S.L.); none of that takes away consumer protections that your state's law gives you regardless of what a contract says. If a clause turns out to be unenforceable, the rest stays in force.
